Our precious Ava was born  March 11, 2008.  In her first six months she was diagnosed with three very rare and complicated illnesses: CHARGE Syndrome, Microgastria, and Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID).  She spent her first five months in the hospital and survived five surgeries, with more expected in the near future.

Although our hearts are heavy, we remain optimistic that her strong will to survive will conquer the struggles ahead.  Her parents are relentless love love and determination keep us all focused on the positive strides Ava continuously makes.
